Yes. Depending on the existing wiring we use wired KNX, wireless technology or a combination. We assess the villa first and recommend the approach that gives you reliability without unnecessary building work.
As early as possible, ideally at design or MEP stage. Planning cabling and control points early costs less and gives a cleaner result than adding automation later.
We are KNX certified, deliver high-quality wireless solutions, and design around the villa, not around one product. For new villas we usually recommend KNX for its reliability and long life; for retrofits, wireless or hybrid systems can avoid opening walls.
Yes. We regularly diagnose, repair and reprogramme systems installed by others, or replace them where that makes more sense.
